Registration fees until the Wednesday 15th October 2014:

• Participants: 120,00 Euros
  
• Students: 60,00 Euros
• Accompanying persons: 20,00 Euros (accompanying persons should follow the registration procedure)

Registration fees after Wednesday 15th October 2014:

• Participants: 180,00 Euros
  
• Students: 90,00 Euros
• Accompanying persons: 40,00 Euros (accompanying persons should follow the registration procedure)

Fees include for participants and students:

• Attendance of all scientific sessions
• Conference kit
• Thursday Welcome Buffet
• Morning and afternoon breaks

Fees include for accompanying persons:

• Unlimited Bus and Tram ticket for transportation on TBC
• Thursday Welcome Buffet
• Entrance at the Musée d'Aquitaine

Extra fees

• Friday Official Dinner: 35,00 Euros
• Sunday excursion: 35,00 Euros
